March Cocktail Madness 2025 brought the flavor, the drama, and the votes! In our annual bracket-style showdown, 16 classic cocktails went head-to-head, and our community showed up round after round to crown the ultimate champion.
From surprise upsets to close calls, the competition was fierce—but in the end, only one cocktail could take the win.
🥇 The Margarita is your 2025 Cocktail Champion!
In the final matchup, the Margarita faced off against the always-refreshing Mojito and came out on top with a 7–4 victory. Bright, zesty, and endlessly sippable, it’s clear the Margarita still holds a special place in everyone’s glass.
Celebrate with a Twist: Grapefruit Hibiscus Margarita
To celebrate the win, we’re mixing up a fresh take on the classic, featuring one of our favorite infused tequilas: 21 Seeds Grapefruit Hibiscus. This spirit adds soft floral notes and citrusy brightness that perfectly complements the Margarita’s bold personality.
Grapefruit Hibiscus Margarita Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz 21 Seeds Grapefruit Hibiscus Tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz agave nectar (or to taste)
Optional: splash of fresh grapefruit juice for added zing
Ice
Salt or tajín for the rim
Garnish: lime wheel or grapefruit twist
Instructions:
Rim your glass with salt or tajín and set aside.
In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and grapefruit juice (if using).
Fill with ice and shake well.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Garnish and raise a glass to the champ!
